This project explores how a single mobile experience can bring together fitness training and healthy eating in a way that feels simple and motivating. The goal was to design an app that helps users stay consistent with both their workouts and daily nutrition without feeling overwhelmed.

Problem

Many fitness apps focus on either workouts or food, but rarely both in a seamless way. Users often switch between multiple apps, which creates friction and makes it harder to stay consistent.

Solution

I designed a mobile experience that combines training, meal inspiration, and social interaction into one platform. The interface focuses on clarity, visual engagement, and ease of use to support everyday habits.

Each screen was designed to feel motivating, not overwhelming, encouraging users to stay consistent over time.

Outcome

This concept shows how combining fitness and nutrition into one cohesive experience can reduce friction and create a more engaging, habit-forming product.
